Semi Private Personal Training
Semi Private personal training is Personal training at a fraction of the price. Get a personalised program and more 1-1 attention than you would get in a group so you gain confidence, see results and feel comfortable working out.

Our Youth Athlete Strength & Conditioning program is tailored towards setting the foundation for long term growth and athletic development through focus on technique, mobility, speed and power development and appropriate strength training suited to the individual, level and sport.
Golf Performance: Fit for 70
If you are looking to drastically improve your golf game, our “Fit for 70” program uses the up to date PGA methods of developing golf specific strength, but also mobility and technical drills to keep you playing for longer and at a higher standard.
